Thank you for shopping with True Shade. We strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The product received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or expired;
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging;
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, along with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoice/proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return or exchange:
- Opened or used perfumes/fragrances;
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling;
- Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless damaged or incorrect);
- Gift cards or digital products, if applicable.
True Shade reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our return conditions.
3. Return Request Process
To request a return, customers must contact our support team with:
- Order number;
- Reason for return;
- Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging (if damaged or incorrect).

4. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.
Refunds will not be automatically initiated through the website. Customers must contact support to request and process any refund.
Approved refunds may be issued through:
- Original payment method;
- Store credit; or
- Bank transfer/UPI, depending on the payment method and situation.
Refund processing times may vary depending on banks and payment providers, but generally take 5–10 business days after approval.
5. Exchange Policy
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we may offer a replacement or exchange subject to product availability.
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
6. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), return shipping costs may be covered by True Shade.
- For other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise communicated.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery;
- Include photos/videos and your order details.
We will review the issue and work toward a suitable resolution.
