  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
  • During high-demand periods, launches, sales, or festive seasons, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or message with tracking details, where applicable.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. Delivery availability may vary depending on courier serviceability in your area.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–8 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • We may offer free shipping promotions on selected orders or during promotional campaigns.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared through email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact details.

True Shade is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

the courier partner may return the package to us. In such cases:

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date.
  • Include your order number and supporting photos (if applicable).
